Irctc — Refund on account of cancelled train

My family & I were to travel from Kopargaon Station to Yeshvanthpur, Bangalore on[protected] by Ahmedabad - Yeshvanthpur Express. On reaching the station we were informed that the train had been cancelled. We understand that the fare would be returned to the passengers immediately without applying for the same. However, IRCTC has still not refunded the amount. PNR numbers are as under:
