Dear sir take the reference of abovementioned account in the name of Chandra Mohan Joshi branch railway bazar Haldwani, uttrakhand. I have booked one ticket from irctc through DEBIT CARD on dt 05/01/14 time 15/01/39 but failed. Again booked after some time at 15/09/47 and got booked. failed transaction got refunnded by irctc but not credited yet in my account. copy of irctc letter non refund against trans no [protected] dt. 05/01/2014
