Irctc — regarding tdr filing and refund of money

I had booked a ticket on 3rd november, 2017 in train no. 22487 rdp anvt link express class 3a tatkal (Tq) but, the train got diverted and was not touching boarding station. On the same day (3rd nov), i filed a tdr whose status is now as cr registered but it's been one and half months and no money has been refunded yet. The details are cancellation id :[protected] tdr zone : northern railway (Nr) registration no.:[protected] tdr status: cr registered.
How much more time they will take to refund the money?

I booked a ticket on[protected] of worth rs. 1141/- the amount had debited in my account and the ticket didn't booked.

My IRCTC account is de-active and I dropped an email on 6thDec17 with ticket no: IRCTC #7404458

Till date it has not been resolved.

I tried contacting customer care, but line is always busy.

I was suppose to travel by ananthapuri express from tirunelveli to villupuram on 7th december, 2017, by 7.55 pm. But due to fishermen problems at that route the train got delayed for more than ten hours, so i could not travel. I have filed my tdr on 8th december, 2017. But till date i have not received my refund amount. Is this the way to treat the passengers.

this is the problem of railways for which we the passengers are suffering. Kindly take immediate action to refund the amount please.
