I am onlinely booking from QLN to KTU on 10.05.2015. My PNR number is [protected] and [protected] and cancellation id number is [protected] and [protected] respectively. TDR filing is on 10.05.2015 at 6.14 AM and 6.18 AM and the status of TDR is CR Registered. On the journey day, the ERNAD EXPRESS is not touching the destination and boarding station. So I humbly request to refund the amount. If you are not done, I will constrained to move Consumer Redressel Forum
