[Resolved] Irctc — TDR Refund not recevied from IRCTC (e ticket) | |||
Refer PNR No [protected], I was sent the mail for File the TDR or cancellation the tickets on [protected]@irctc.co.in & [protected]@irctc.co.in on 04th Dec 2014 before departure the train as advice by IRCTC Customer care executive Due to cancellation the ticket / filling the TDR was not possible in my login on 04th Dec 2014 Mail recevied on same dated 04th Dec 2014 from [protected]@irctc.co.in with refrence no (Ticket ID # 602309) As I have no response received again I was called to Customer Care, as adviced by care executive I was sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in also Without any fault there is no chance to reject the TDR Please check the status and release my refund at the earlierst and further query please call on my mobile no[protected] Thanks Manish Jain User ID : MANISHBWR Mail ID : [protected]@shreecementltd.com Was this information helpful? | |||
