Irctc — TDR refund refused for false reasons. | |||
This is regarding the TDR I filed on 30th August 2014 because the train arrived at kanpur central four hours late than the scheduled time. However irctc refused my refund giving the reason that train was NOT more than three hours late. I have complained to irctc four times but they have not replied. All the related details are mentioned below.
