IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — choice of birth not allotted for senior citizen

My pnr no is [protected], yeterday i booked a ticket from bwn to anvt i choice 3 lower berth 2 of them senior citizen whes age is 60 nad 59 and one of the lady who is 26 year old travel with2 years baby, but they does not give any lower berth, how its possible for old parent to stay in upper berth, solve this matter, i am very thankful to you.

Like :MRP mentioned Rs:15/-But selling price is 20/-
