I have paid 13160 through sbi dd no is 972616 oct – 2016 to you for renewal of medical claim but till today they have not renewed my policy and when i inquired about that they are asking for more money. I doubted the company has cheated to me. I request you to take my complaint against the company and take needful action. Company’s detail is as below.
