Dear Sir/Madam,

In receipt of your e-mails dated 27th November 18 and 7th December 18, you have confirmed in both mails with same contents that you have forwarded my complaints IRDA customer service and co. representatives will respond me within some days.. But I regret to inform you that I have not yet received any response from IRDA customer care either through e-mails or through phone calls. I hope you have referred to all my correspondences. I can not able to proceed further with out N.O.C. and join my new job.

You are requested once again to look into the matter on priority basis and advice to the concerned department to confirm me when N.O.C. will be released. Awaiting your earliest response.
