This is to inform u that Post Hospitalisation Reimbursement bill CLAIM NO.[protected] approved of Rs. 25325/- on 29/06/2018 and NEFT on my SBI Bank account on 02/07/2018.

But Hospitalisation reimbursement bill CLAIM NO.[protected] approval on 12/06/2018 of Rs.12817/- BUT still not NEFT in my SBI bank account.

I have already made request no. [protected] on 06th july2018 & request no. [protected] on 07/07/2018.

Many times co-ordinate on morning but customer care team replied that he is unable to connect with him.

Pls NEFT PAYMENT of the Hospitalisation Reimbursement Bill Claim no.[protected] of approved of Rs.12817 on 12/06/2018
