Irda — removal of pan card number from irda portal

Respected Sir/Madam,

My Name is NARESH KUMAR SINGH. I have joined HDFC LIFE INSURANCE ON 06/01/2014 as per my id which is valid upto 05/01/2017. My licence no is 9844106. I am not working with HDFC LIFE INSURANCE since 4 years, my validity period is also expired but my pancard number is still showing in IRDA portal. I want NOC certificate from HDFC LIFE INSURANCE, and also removel of pancard because i want to work with LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA. Please do the necessary action. ID CARD is attached for reference Thanking you.
