I surajit ghosh have given the exam of life insurance corporation of india agent in 2015. My agency code is lic 01616 45b and the date of termination of my code is 01/09/2016. My pan card no. Is bospg1222f.
Now i had got job in another field, because of my name showing in irda i am getting trouble in joining the job.

I have requested for cessation certificate from lici. But yet the pan is not detached from the IRDA portal.

So, Please do the needful with the apprehended mail below for quick detachment of pan.
