I have successfully ordered an item on 17th aug 2018 & i received my transaction id for the same as well. My transaction id [protected] But its been 6 days i have not got any shipping confirmation or tracking details so far which is so unfair to the customer. How the customer will ensure that they have placed an order with the right seller if required support not given? How hdfc is tying up with these kinds of merchants that has no proper customer handling at all... Lets c I request you to kindly provide us the awb no & booking confirmation immediately.
