I got msg from hdfc regarding UCB merchandise offer on 8/6/19 and same day i ordered benetton watch. I make a payments of rs 411.82 from my account and my order id is : ([protected]) Till now there is no response from irdeem team i did not got any mail and msg. Pls do need full. Today only i have received product (United colors of benetton Watch) but it's not working. lost trust on HDFC product after seeing the product function (Not working).
I only want to know the trackong status of my order and their site isn't helping. I also emailed their customer care service and they also didn't replied. It looks like they are completely dirgarding their customers. Please I am controlling my temper...i kindly ask you to give the tracking details of my order. My transaction id is-[protected].
