[Resolved] Iredeem.in — no tracking no. received

I ordered 6 products from iredeem using hdfc debit card dated 11 june 2018. The message was received from hdfc bank stating that since i am a frequent user of hdfc net banking, they are offering discount on ucb products.

But i have not received tracking no. For any of the trasactions. Money has been already debited from my account.

I received the Watch last week, with several of the numeric in the watch faded. There is no complaint mechanism at the HDFC site or link to address the issue. I hope the vendor would replace the watch rather than spoiling the reputation, credibility and future business.

I have placed order for benetton watch through hdfc bank offer. I haven't received the order number or tracking number eventhough its been 20 days. Even the customer service is not responding. Please look into the issue and resolve it asap to avoid any legal proceedings regarding this spam.

I had received a text message from hdfc bank that I have some offers from ucb. I followed the instructions, ordered a watch and completed my payment but I received no tracking information and confirmation email. I cannot track my order and I doubt that this is a scam. Please try to deliver the product as soon as possible or refund the money.
