I placed an order for benetton watch as i got the coupon from hdfc on my email. When i placed an order after entering the otp for amount confirmation i suddenly get blank page which remain as it is. I am not sure whether the order is placed or not. Iredeem people do not pick landline number and mobile is switched off. Please help me get my amount back.
