Myself Guru and Deepika, we take treatment in the hospital located in Coimbatore for the past 1 year. We are facing severe difficulties, insults and being hurt by the management and maintenance team. We are basically from a middle class family and we own an suzuki alto car, whenever we come to the hospital we face difficulties in the parking system. I have visited your Ambattur branch, there is no proper guidance and information.Reception Team is very very poor and lethargic behaviour. 2 nd time we got same bad experiance today. Regarding this i have called customer care center there is no any reply from them.

Student nurse Swarna behaved inappropriately. Timely action could save hospital reputation.

Treatment made by them is very aggressive and while scanning uterus which is not able to scan properly but we paid the repeat amount for more than 5 times and scanning not able to done by doctor and she is very aggressive while doing treatment to us and no proper response from doctors

Dont get cheated by their advertisements, its a trap. Their pure cheating money mentality has made me write this review.

They are not doctors, they are just business women/men who running business network called arc fertility center in madurai, chennai and coimbatore etc.

what made me write this is frustration on hearing their advertisements and making other people fall into the trap.

They will give you false hope. They are just cheating purely.

They just cheated middle class people like us claiming the cost is only 5, 000. then they gave us expensive tests to do which were actually already done outside.

we got frustrated and decided never to go there.

we middle class people are easily trapped by such fertility centers. These fertility centers will claim these reviews are not true but its our blood money earnt after so much hardwork and should not be wasted.

I request people not to visit such fertility centers.

We went to Iswarya Fertility center in madurai for IUI.
They gave hope with false information.

We did blood, urine, and other test in another hospital. But they asked to do all test again. We took all test in iswarya fertility center. We spent more 20k for these tests. They said everything is fine. We will do iui process with lot of injections to grow the egg. They did iui and gave medicine. We spent again 20k. Finally results was negative. They doctor said we need to a operation for my wife. The expensive is 60k approx. We regret the operation. Because first they said everything is fine for me and wife. After the iui they said some problem for my wife. Why they are told first everything is fine again asking me to do operation. They are money minded doctors.

Im totally disappointment with doctors.

I wont suggest this hospital. They are money minded doctors.
