[Resolved] Itc Limited — Aashirvaad Atta Quality NOT GOOD

I filed a complaint with ITC LTD portal on 19 July 2016 and I received a reply from Hajira B, ITC CARES TEAM on 20th July with Reference No is: CARE/2016/2683.

But no action has been taken, again I inquired the status of my complaint on 26 July 2016, so far no communication from ITC CARES TEAM.

Dear sir/madam

I purchased Aashirvaad whole wheat Aata a week
back, Batch no.14B dated 4 June 2016 at HB
colony, Moula ali, Hyderabad-500040

But the product is not at all good.

I am using this product from last 12 years and
never had such bad experience, but this time i am
disappointed.

So just wanted to put this issue in front of you.
Please make a note of it and see if you can track
the error..please !!!

Well..ITC company area manager personally met me and explained the quality n product difference between two identical packaged product...one is superior mp atta and other is chakki atta.. I prefer mp atta over chakki atta...n last time mistakenly i picked other one.. But here i would like to request ITC to make some more prominant differences in the packaging so consumer can make out the correct product for their need... Or retailer should inform to consumer...as there is quite difference in MRP...n discounted price...so consumer can pick what he want! Thanks to the ITC team for responding my query.. And last but not least..i thank this forum for helping me to reach to ITC ltd.

ITC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
