ITC — Not Receive the target money from Jan 2020

I m retailer from kanpur and my CUSTOMER CODE : SS114
I have completed all my targets but the distributor has not given me the money which i have earned through points. I have asked the distributor to give me the money but they keep on ignoring.So I request you to please look on this matter .
