Dear sir
I was booked flight through itdc on 26/9/2017 for a round trip from delhi - portblair (Sg272) and portblair-delhi (Sg254). I made a total successful payment of rs.48073/-. But only the forward flight delhi - portblair has been booked nd return flight was not booked. I tried on customer care but they r not giving satisfactory answer. A representative from itdc contacted me nd said send mail. I m sending continuously mail time to time but i did not got any response.
Please do resolve my query as early as possible.
