Itechfly — How to work no mail received

Hello Sir,
I had made a payment of rupees 600 on the 23th of march 2017 to the account provided in the itechfly website through net banking but then i did not receive any works thereafter. Initially i had received a message giving me my id and password but after that i could not access their site
I'm not sure what can be done to resolve this problem. But if anybody could do kindly never let anyone else fall into this trap...
