Itweak.in — laptop still not received | |||||
Hi, I have sent my laptop for the repair to itweaks. They did the repair and send me the video of working laptop on 14th of september 2018. They immediately asked for the payment which i did. They told laptop will be couriered the same day. Unfortunately laptop is still not dispatched. Their office is in bangalore and i reside is mangalore. I call everyday and they say tomorrow they will dispatch. I kind off feel cheated. They don't even call and inform me that they have not dispatched yet. I have to call them everyday to ask and then they will say so and so and they will definitely dispatch today. But they will not and again same story next day. I hope this forum will help me sort my problem out. I look forward hearing from you soon.
