[Resolved] Itzcash — Cancelled Ticket amount refund from ITZ | |||||
I cancelled my ticket on 14th June, 2017 which i booked via ITZ'S payment gateway. The amount should have been refunded by 17th June, 2017 but has not been refunded even after 10 days. According to IRCTC the ticket has been cancelled and the amount has been sent to ITZ but the refund has not been credited to my account. Cancellation id- [protected].
