i have requested for distributor id and i have not been processed uptill now and even also the amount is been deposited on behalf of executive mr. ranveer and mr. anil who is handling the area distributor of mine. amount deposited 55000 approxx and they gave me 15 advance agents id to sell it but at the time of buying the id's i had a conversation with mr. ranveer that i will not be able to sell these id's still he gave me confident that he will sell the id's on behalf of me and i should invest in the company for further procedure..and also mr. ranveer told me that i will be getting distribution of money changing like banks were doing at the time of november. when the 500 & 1000 currency notes were banned ...he told me for the distribution of changing currency i have to apply for distributor id and it is compulsory to buy 15 id's in advance but uptill now date my distributor id is not been generated and the amount which i m asking to them from last more then a month is also not been refunding to my wallet.. i have reached to head Jaipur Head and the General manager with the emails ( mr. vishan singh and yashwinder ) but from them also i couldnt a reply uptill now date..
even i have make calls to Jaipur Head but he do not receive calls and if i ask the excutive for the office address then they dont provide the office address also.
Solution required - i want my full refund from the company as soon as possible and the profit which i couldnt earn in between these month from that money i need that also.

i have purchased a wrong package of remittance from the company when i was making a transaction for money transfer ... this service option of purchasing the package was not been told before suddenly at the time of tranasaction this option came and i make a call to the executive mr. anil and i discussed about the package but i couldnt understand the procedure and in that case i purchased a higher amount of package which was not suitable for according to my utiization of working criteria soo i requested at the same time for degrading my package and i have sent emails also for this issue to company operational manager mr. kamlesh but uptill now present date i have to been resolved this issue and whenevr i ask any of the executive mr. anil, ranveer or kamlesh they always reply me that they have requested to higher authorities regarding my issue...package purchase date 03/02/2017, package validity 1 month, and now its around 2 months been crossed, i purchased 6900/- package
Solution required - refund the amount in wallet as soon as possible ..
