[Resolved] Itzcash Card — Unauthorized payment detected | |||||
Respected sir, I am requesting daily since 5 to 7 days for imps transaction slab. But they always replies that your salb has been started and contact with area sales officer for further information. But they do not find any satisfactory answer by contacting sales officer. Sir if we are on the wrong then you are also on the wrong because we did not find any knowledge about this slab system. We thought this is for slab amount and our imps transaction is 20 lakhs and above per month. So we selected unlimited amount slab. But when rs 20150 was deducted from our wallet then we contact our distributor then we came to know about our mistake that this is for imps transaction slab. And our imps transaction is from 200 to 300 left transaction is done by neft. So we request you please give us 250 imps transaction slab and please cancel the unlimited transaction slab plan and us our reduced amount and return it in our wallet.
