It's not that easy with itzeazy. I have chosen them for RC transfer and hypothecation removal, the whole process took 2months, we need to fill all the forms ourselves, will be checked by these guys if we send scanned copies, then correct if needed, once ready to pickup they will send guy to pick, but they haven't handed over to RTA agent for next 10 days, then actual process starts, but by then my calls were not being answered as I am demanding to speed up the process, no calls were answered from then, only emails when they wish to, in between I can't do much rather waiting. So I will not recommend these guys for any service because they are not good at keeping us posted on progress or answer our calls which is the most important.

Yeah, so after reading all reviews, i feel that everyone who takes service from them falls into a trap.
So its regarding NOC of 2 wheeler from Karnataka.I gave money an d all documents on 6th jan. And there so called so professional employee Anupama told that "Sir!, dont worry we'll get it done in 21 days i.e 27th Jan, you just pay 50% and we'll collect documents from you". So here is where i fall in trap. After 2 days of giving them money, no one came to collect documents, i called this professional employee and she didn't picked up the phone. than next day i called, she said "Sir, you'll have to courier documents". And was like What dude, but stil its my urgency so i sent the docs. Now called after 7 days for update, Again same story "The Anupama" not picking the call. Now their scam starts, this employee blocs my number, like what kinda company does this. Then fortunately their customer care picks my call and then they said sir we are updating you in 30 mins. I ddnt knew that their 30 mins is 48 hrs. now the status comes "Sir you'll receive NOC by 31st jan". I said ok, its just 3 days delay, it happens sometime. Now on 25 th after seeing online status(obviously not started), i called them and asked them whats the status, again their 30 mins turned to 48 hrs, now they gave date of 2nd Feb. Now my calls being ignored on 2nd, 3rd, there comes their so called status email that "Sir it'll be done by this week". I honestly yelled but had no other option than waiting, Then this week passed and on tuesday they send a mail that "sir you'll get it by 20th feb". Now it really pissed me and i thousht i have to do something. I investing time, found their so called Cofounder, CEO rather irresponsible CEO. i mailed him entire story and thought now something will happen. But guess what its like there no CEO, he didn't cared to reply or give any kind of assurance. Now today i gets an email from their Operntions guy who is Dabang's chulbul pandey of their company who said it 'll take another well. I missed one point that when i yelled at them tis guy Vinay said "Ja Legal jaana hai to, bohot bolte aa". Like seriously dude are these running somekinda scam company.
I would request anyone who reads this to help me to go Legal against. lets invest sometime and get this Scam company outta business.

I wish I had read these complains before I gave my money to these frauds.

It has been 4 months. They have not given me a simple NOC for ownership transfer. Because of these people, I am not being able to sell my car and the calendar year is about to end.

I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this company pay and take them down. I want to take legal action and file a case to shut this fraud company down. I request other people who have suffered to join the whatsapp group via this link.

Respected, I wish to get NOC for transfer of my car DL8CL 3158 registered in name of Dr Aviral Gupta, and hence applied it thru your vebsite and paid the advance Re 1500/-.Miss Diksha contacted me in this context .I have given all requisite documents and I received a mail stated that documents have been deposited in 23/10/20.Number given to me is DELRTNO 4364.
ON 29/11/20 I received a mail from itseasy stated that all work is done and you will be receiving hard copy by 25/11/20.After that I received no communication from your side, I sent several emails requesting for the NOC and status update, I to my disguise I received no communication from your side, I contacted Miss Diksha also on ohine and WhatsApp but she is not responding.I am in a catch 22 situation and don't know whom to contact regarding this as there is no reply whatsoever from your side .It has already been 45 days since you applied for me and your commitment bid for maximum 30 days .More over there is no active response from your side .
I need the papers urgently for further processing.Kindly look into it and get it done in urgent basis .

iteazy is worst service provider to RTO related services. In their website shows only sales number and didn't mention operation team number. Every time they are trying to fool the customers. They will not give money to local RTO agents. They collect your documents and keep it side until money received from iteazy. This is the process of operations in india.

What to Write about these cheaters? Now I fount aBAD BAD words when I am such with these peoples, Sakshi (SAKSHI [protected]) from Itzeazycom contacted, After many followup arranged the person to pickup the documents. It's been 2 months NO Updates, Going to file a Police Complaint on 10th August if the Status on the Parivahan site doesn't change means these people have lost all the Original documents given.

Highly Unprofessional and Extremely CRAP service Provider( Not sure whether these people even do any work or not) as I can see some person saying work Completed on All the above posts written by worried individuals.

Hypothecation removal they took 2000, an individual can do its simple work with just 1 visit and 1/4 of the charges in total. DONT FALL FO THIS FAKE COMPANY

Cheaters online Frauds not sure what words should I use to describe these frauds I have approached them for duplicate RC & hypothetication removal not even one ### is answering or picking my calls also raised complaint and called CUSTOMER CARE to express my concern not even one people CARE about CUSTOMER. The ticket number is also given no ### respond to me i want refund rather than going through these ###S. Can we have legal process get started on this company.
