Touch screen of my mobile phone ivoomi me 5 iv 505 purchased from you on 16.12.2017 not working. Hence, i am unable to handle my phone for three days. Therefore, i request you to help me, what can i do? May i return the mobile to you? You rectify the repair and send me after rectification of the fault. I am waiting for your kind reply urgently. Neither Spare parts are available anywhere nor company is responding properly for the warranty point of view. Customer care too is very much irresponsible. Due to this purchased another phone but these practices are intolerable.
