Ivoomi — not giving back my phone

I have given a phone for repair at dehradun service centre under the warranty period. They are not giving it back whenever i call the service centre they say phone is at delhi company office for repair. I wrote a mail to customer care to get the response but they don't reply. I called the customer care many times but they didn't receive the call, once they call back and said it will take 7 more days it has been over 10 days now but no response. Worst company for service providing and now i think they are some thives and they won't give my mobile back.

Sir, my name is anuj kumar.i had placed the order on 18 apr, 2018.order id:[protected].so i get my order so late on 26 Apr 2018 3:00pm.wen i had open box i got gift voucher 200.that voucher is valid until 30th november 2017.i got expired voucher.plz solve my problem.

During receiving call the sound of incoming call is too much less we cannot hear it properly. Now it giving charging socket problem.Please change this phone now this is in warranty period.

They are not giving it back whenever I call service center they say phone is at delhi company office for repair. I wrote a mail customer care center to get the response but they don't reply. I called customer care center many times but they say to visit service center. Worst company for service providing and now I think they are some thieves and they won't give my mobile back.
