My mobile was having battery issue since 3 months... 45 days ago my battery got corrupted. I called to your customer care and requested to replace new battery since it was his six months old then.. But your cust care told me to buy new one...
I bought a new one last month, after just 20 days it also got corrupted...
I again called ur cust care... They told me to submit my hand set in nearest care, which was anantapur which is 100 mks from my home, and will respond u in 20 days..
It's almost 1 month I submitted in ur care but still no response... The care center in anantapur is not at all responding... 5 days ago I called to ur care they are saying that they not at all received any hand set from anantapur care, but the person saying that he has sent many days ago...
This was like a harrassement for us...
I am without mobile since one month... After I bought it mobile I never used it at all due to the battery issue... I[censored] doesnt respond I have to legally
