[Resolved] Ixigo — about bus travel | |
On 31 oct i was traveling from jaipur to delhi with my friend. During travel operator was changed my bus as well as not drop us on time due to that we are not able to reach on exam centre on time. Then now who is responsible for that and who will pay for that an student or the medium ixigo or the bus operator. Bus timing for drop at karol bagh at 10:45 but they drop us at iffco chowk at 11:00 and they dont have facility of transport for karol bagh drop. Result is we are not reached on time for exam. My friends admit card i am attached below

Nov 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I was call to ixigo today regarding thT matter on there helpline number but they dont give any conform reply simply told to me that submit an complain .so i was submitted the same to their department but solution didn’t got Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
