[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount debited but refund not initiated

Through my recent transaction in ixigo, an amount of rupees 1957 has been deducted from my amount..

When i was trying to book a ticket, due to some technical issues the transaction was failed but the amount was deducted, and the refund was not initiated..

I request you to look into this matter a initiate a refund for me quickly...
