Today[protected] i booked a bangalore sf express from ernakulam to banaswadi. The payment got deducted from my account but the ticket is not confirmed. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I had tried ixigo for the first time and had a negative experience. Order id - ixitr[protected]. I will attach the screen shot for the further reference.
