[Resolved] Ixigo — amount deducted but no booking

Today on 25th december 2017 at around 1:40 a. M. I was booking train tickets for 02 adults and 01 child in puja express for 12th january 2018 from jammu tawi to ajmeer jn. Altough the money i. E. An amount of rs 4840/- was deducted but no booking occured. It showed that money will be refunded in 10 days. Kindly ensure an early return of money plz.
