I have booked train ticket using ixigo app. An amount of 1795 is deducted from my account but neither do i receive any text nor do any bookings. Also there is no transaction history in my account. No bookings in my account. This is the text i received

Kindly refund my money.

I was booking ticket from Saharsa to Sealdah but it had not booked and ticket has cancelled. I had got message that your money will refunded within 5 working days . I also had get the information that your refund had proccessed & get amount in 72 hours i also wait for it. But amount is not created.

While trying to book a train ticket throug ixigo the payment was failed but my money is deducted from my account...what is this i need my money immediately
