[Resolved] Ixigo — amount deducted but no ticket booked | |||||
I had trying to book train ticket on ixigo app of train no. 22403 on 20 april 2019. I was making payment through debit card. While booking, ixigo deducted amount ₹993/- from my account but then they did not book mt ticket. Ixigo did not send me any transaction i'd as well as sent directly interruption occurred massage. There was no contact no. As well as they did not send any transaction id of it & no booking id. Please help me to get my money back from ixigo. Was this information helpful? | |||||
