[Resolved] Ixigo — amount deducted but ticket hasn't been placed | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that my train ticket hasn't been booked but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I have paid via phone pe. It's an amount worth of 953/-. This type of issues really brings a flak on the company.You guys also charged gateway charges.which is not collecting by irctc. I've booked the ticket through IRCTC with an amount of 940/- after the failure on your platform. So, I 'm expecting an immediate response. Yours loyal customer K.
