[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount deducted but ticket not booked-bus ticket

I was trying to book bus ticket (On 08.05.2018 for journey on 08.05.2018) from bokaro (Jharkhand) to kolkata (West bengal) in royal cruiser bus (Departing from bokaro @ 10:45pm). After payment some error occurred and seat not booked but amount deducted from bank account.
Refer transaction id [protected], inr 1977/- deducted from bank account while booking bus ticket through ixigo mobile app. But ticket not booked. Please confirm reversal of amount in bank.
