[Resolved]  Ixigo — train ticket booked through ixigo

I booked the train ticket through this app and my pnr no is [protected] for a journey from calicut to ernakulam jn for a journey on 10th february, 2018.
Now unfortunately i need to cancell the booking of some exigency in the family.
It is frustating to not being able to cancel the booking on this app.
App was quite about this at the time of booking and now i am am getting no clue as to what to do.

Regret i used this app.

I booked two tickets through this app in ICRTC to travel on 26.03.2018from Tutucorin to Chennai .The tickets were booked on 07.02.2018.Amounts deductedfrom my account and shown as failure for tickets.But it is not reflected in refund status in ICRTC.The amount deducted was Rs.1655/-
