[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount deducted from account but ticket is not generated

I recently had tried to book train ticket from ludhiana junction to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi google pay payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.288.68 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me

Sorry, we couldn't find your details. Kindly share your booking/Trip ID starting from "IXITR", so that we can get this checked at the earliest.

You can find this Trip ID in the email or SMS that you would have received from ixigo or you can also find it in the 'transactions' section on the ixigo app.
