[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount deducted from bank but train ticket not booked

Sir a day before yesterday iam booking a ticket from new delhi to amritsar of amritsar shatabdi train in executive class of rs. 1749/- which runs in evening 4.30pm from delhi to amritsar on a name of gurpreet singh but the amount deducted from my bank account and ticket is not booked so plz solve this problem as soon as u can plz reply iam waiting.

I booked the train ticket yesterday and amount has been deducted from my account but booking is not confirmed...else you refund the money back as soon as possible.I have booked the ticket of ashram express from ajmer to delhi cant...please report my problem its a humble request.
