Hai. I had booked my train ticket on ixigo and the amount transation had done successfully but last i had loos my password and i did not get my tickect So the booking had failed. So the deducted amount of 230 did not refunded till today Id number id:ixitr[protected] i had wite till 5 days and amount did not refunded can u take necessary arrangement for refunding the amount as soon as possble. Due to some problem i cant travel on bus today which was booked today morning 11/6/18 no response to cancel the money and refund it please cancel and refund it
