Sir, My name is amrik singh ladhi I booked 2 train tickets as on 31jan 2020 for which [protected]@axisbank requested for the payment of the tickets on my bhim upi i made the payment but my tickets booking was unsuccessful and the payment was successful. In process to book my rail ticket from Mumbai to surat on 27 th Jan 2020 on ixigo app, amount of rs. 585.40 deducted from my account but ticket has not been booked my Transaction ID no.
