[Resolved]  Ixigo — booking amount debited but no ticket

I booked a ticket from mangalore to chennai today for 25th may, 2020 9:40am flight through indigo.
I was charged rs 2775 by letravenues technology for the same but haven't been issued a ticket yet!
Reference number for the same [protected]

I have attached screenshot of the money debited also the sms of the transaction is below:
