[Resolved] Ixigo — booking and refund issue

I was booking 2 tickets from ndls to sbc from this ixigo app. I entered the details and completed the payment and when I entered back to ixigo app the page could not be loaded and the amount has been deducted from my account which is rs2175.49/- i did not recieve any ticket nor any refund. Plus ixigo has not even provided any contact number or helpline number where i can speak to someone incharge who can resolve the issue. If the ticket could not be booked why am i being charged for it and if i have been wrongfully charged then they must send the refund immediately as it is their fault completey +1 photos Was this information helpful? It had booked RN - BSR tickets from ixigo app on 4th July 2109 and 5th August 2019 but due to heavy rains both trains cancelled by railway on 6th August after 10 days still not received my Refund to me.
