[Resolved]  Ixigo — Bus Ticket not booked

I booked a bus ticket from agra to hansi, the amount was deducted from my bank account but i didn't get any confirmation or any booking message from the service provider and in app my booking are not there .

I attach the proof of payment as well as the screenshot of your app's booking section.
Please help me as soon as possible
