[Resolved] Ixigo — canceled train but refund not being issued | |
I booked a ticket of indian railways through ixigo. It was for 11 dec 19 trip id ixitr[protected], mariani jn-new delhi. Wed, 11 dec. ₹10, 737 Pnr: [protected]train 12423 dibrugarh rajdhani. Train was partially cancelled and instead of originating from dibrugarh it started from guwahati due caa protests. I was supposed to board from mariani jn and train did not touch the station due partial cancellation. A tdr was filed by me. I am getting no response in spite of repeated calls to ixigo, irctc, indian railways a tdr was filed by me [protected]: tdr Please help me out to get my refund or what legal recourse should i take after 90 days of tdr elapses on 11 march 2020.
