[Resolved] Ixigo — cancellation of ticket not permitted | |||
Sir, I booked a ticket for 9th january 2018 from bhadohi (Boy) to anand vihar terminal (Anvt) at bsb garib rath train no.-22407. The tickets were confirmed. But due to 3 hours of delaying. I tried to cancel all of my tickets from ixigo because it was not directly booked from irctc. The cancellation process showed "cancelation process is not permitted after the journey date." but the train was already late and reached at 00:44 i. E. 10th january 2018 to the boarding station bhadohi. Tdr file is also not being processed because of the same issue. Kindly do revert back as soon as possible! Thank you!
