[Resolved] Ixigo — Cancellation pending from last 8 months. | |||
Hi Team, Booking Reference No IF[protected] & PNR No ZBYB0 which was cancelled. I have confirmed at the time of cancelling the ticket that partial amount is refundable and after 8 months I have not received any amount refunded into my account. Every time I am contacting your customer service team (Which is worst I have ever Seen) I am getting a fake commitment that your problem will be resolved within next 48 to 72 hours however till the time I can see your resolution capability score is Zero. Your customer service guys are very rude and very unprofessional having no knowledge. I have never expected this type of poor service from a brand name like Ixigo... I am really sorry to say that Happy Easy Go is far better than IXIGO in the meant of service and response. Was this information helpful? | |||
