[Resolved]  Ixigo — cash deducted but ticket not received

Dear sir/mam,

This is very hectic.

I booked a ticket from goa to kathmandu.

Cash has been deducted but no ticket received. Please check.

I made this transaction on 17th september, 2017 at around 4 to 5 pm

I have even mailed u guys.

Ticket was booked from "cheapticket.in" which was directed from ixigo

Please help me out.
