[Resolved] Ixigo — complaining about not refunding of money from ixigo | |||||
Hello sir/madam I am mr. Shubhankar singh i have just tried to get my ticket booked by ixigo. I have pay it by online but i didn't receive my ticket and tried to contact to contact ixigo customer care service but they didn't answer our call. I want to get a ticket or else money back. I have booked 2 tickets from BVI to BRC with PNR [protected] and BRC to BVI with PNR [protected].And cancelled on 27 December. Ixigo ID is IXITR[protected] and [protected].But I don't get my refund yet. Can you please update me when I get my money.
